Matt worked with our culinary team to create a really special benefit event what we hosted for the Boulder International Film Festival. We wanted to integrate all of our organic dried fruit and ancient grain products some fun internationally inspired and creative passed appetizers and desserts. Matt’s menu was phenomenal and the plating and presentation was lovely. Everybody was complimenting us all night long on the food asking for recipes, and this was a foodie crowd to be sure. And as everybody headed into the theater, he capped it all of with a bag of fresh popped popcorn mixed with our toasted coconut and dried cherries. Could not have been more fun or more delicious! I will use Matt and Foodie Call again for sure. As a matter of fact, it was such a great success, we’ve decided to make it an annual event!
