Frequently Asked Questions

What does Full Service Catering mean?
It means that we can take care of every aspect of your event besides the food if you need it. Rentals, staffing, event planning, flowers, live music – we can take care of it all so you don’t have to!

We need help finding other vendors for our event, can you help?
We have a great list of fine folks who are great at what they do – whether it’s floral, rentals, photography, lighting or event design.  Check out our little black book!

Do we need a deposit?
Yes, to secure an event, we require a 50% deposit.

When do we need to provide the final guest count?
No later than 5 days before the event. Exceptions have been made before depending on the size/scope of the event.

How much notice do you need to book your services?
We can accommodate last minute parties depending on our schedule. Obviously the more notice the better, but if we are available we will do our best to make it happen.

What do we need to supply for you?
This all depends on the event.  The most important is a space to have your event.  Even if you don’t have one, we will find a great location for you.  We take care of everything else … food, rentals, staffing, etc.

Can you serve alcohol?
Caterers in the state of Colorado are prohibited from selling or storing alcohol for clients; however, we can help you with all the logistics (bar set-ups, ice, bartenders, cups, rentals, even the alcohol order and delivery) but you will have to pay for the alcohol directly to the vendor. We use only licensed and insured bartenders as well.

Do we have to tip servers?
No, only if you want to. We take great care of our servers! It’s up to you whether the bartenders are able to use a tip jar as well.

What are some good guidelines to think about?
Think about the type and feel of your party … do you want a formal event or a fun and informal event?  Do you want passed appetizers, stationary apps, or neither?  Do you have a specific theme in mind?  Do you want us to help with all aspects (event design, floral, entertainment) or just the food?

We want a themed party but don’t know where to start!
We LOVE theme parties! We even love finding you a theme if you don’t have one of your own… a Bahian Brazilian feast with an authentic Capoeira performance? Turkish food with belly dancers and a middle eastern band? How about a crawfish and crab boil, cajun-style, eating and dancing away to some great Zydeco? We have an extensive list of bands/artists/dj’s that we have worked with in the past. Let us know how we can help!
